Secure Payment Options

You can pay for Translation or Localization services
using Amex, Visa or MasterCard on Paypal's secure website.

For non-Canadian residents, I ask for 20% of the agreed price for the job up front. The rest is payable on delivery.

Once the job is done, it will be shipped, faxed or emailed to you as required, then followed with an invoice specifying the amount due, both in US and Canadian dollars, according to the currency rates given by the Universal Currency Converter at the time when the invoice is generated. Applicable taxes will also be added for Canadian and Quebec residents.

On reception of the invoice,
you can choose either one of the following options:

In the e-mail message window, you can click a special URL to access directly the Paypal payment request window for your order. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the payment.

You can access our Paypal account directly from this page by cliking the button below. Then make your payment online, using Visa, American Express or MasterCard, through Paypal's secure transaction service.

NOTE: Customers outside the U.S. who do not already have a PayPal account will need to sign up for PayPal before being able to make a Web Accept payment. Customers within the U.S. may sign up for a PayPal account during the Web Accept payment flow.

Or you can send a certified cheque for the amount, either in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank, or in Canadian dollars, drawn on a Canadian bank. Our mailing address will of course be specified on the invoice.
